Seasons Greetings from MasterPeace!!!! We hope and pray that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with your families. As we look forward to the Christmas season, it reminds us of the ultimate gift given to us from God when He sent His only begotten son to this earth to carry the weight of our transgressions, and ultimately die on the cross so that we may have eternal life upon our belief in Him. We have so much to be thankful for and our prayer is that God would richly bless you and your loved ones during this most precious time of the year. In the upcoming weeks, we will be releasing information on our upcoming new project that we have been working on this year. Once again, through much prayer, God has helped us choose a collection of songs that have been a blessing to record and hold a special meaning in our hearts. What a joy and privilege to do our small part for our Lord and Savior. As we close out 2009, we want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a very prosperous 2010!

Hello Friends!

Welcome to another great year of spreading the Word and praising the Lord with bluegrass gospel music! 2009 promises to be very exciting for us. We have received numerous calls early on this year from people wanting us to visit and play at their church or festival event. Most of these are places are new to us, so we know God is working in and around us by allowing us to continue spreading His name and proclaiming His gospel across this great region. We are looking very forward to getting out very soon and meeting some new faces. We are also working very hard learning some new material to begin work on an upcoming new CD. We have several new original songs and some old time favorites that we feel God is leading us to record. Please pray that the Holy Spirit would be ever present in this new music as it makes its way into a brand new CD. Also, please pray that the Lord would grant us GREAT patience as we have to sit through hundreds upon hundreds of takes and retakes of Damon’s lead guitar breaks (Ha ha!) We love you Damon! In the meantime, drop us a line and say hello or perhaps check out our schedule and come visit with us at a church in the near future. We would love to see you and worship with you!

We had a precious time in the Lord and we appreciate all the kindness extended to us. We especially enjoyed the choir! You have many spiritual gifted and talented people among you. Please join Master Peace for an evening of good bluegrass gospel music and a good dose of the Holy Spirit on Saturday July 12th, 2008 where we will be opening for the award-winning, nationally-recognized bluegrass gospel artists, The Primitive Quartet. April 22, 2008:

We are excited about the upcoming release of our new CD entitled “The Other Side of Life” due out around the first week of May. Most of the songs we selected for this new project are some of the group’s all time favorite hymns that we have enjoyed singing in church over the years, which have really blessed our hearts. These songs capture the spirit and the glory of heaven in days eternal once we leave this life. Our hope and prayer is for you to be able to share in that experience with us as you sing along. We are looking very forward to getting back on the road to fellowship and rejoice in these songs with you. Until then, may God bless!

April 11, 2008:

A very special thanks to Hemphill Baptist Church in the beautiful mountains of Waynesville, NC for inviting us to sing at their Annual Old Timer’s Day service. We had a great time singing and worshipping with this wonderful congregation of people. The Lord richly blessed us with a safe trip and a spiritual service. Oh….and we should also say that the home-cooked dinner afterwards was absolutely delicious. Thanks again for having us! May God continue to bless your precious church.
